Display Name: pes-v2
Description: Given an input polygon feature set, calculates the total population population for a year from the set 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, or 2020, the land area in square kilometers, and mean administrative unit area within the polygon based on GPWv4 data. The statistics (min, max, mean, standard deviation) are based on the population count data. A quality warning field is flagged with a value of 1 where polygons are smaller than the average GPW unit or the count of population cells is less than 50.
