Urban Criteria for Settlements (UN):
Cities, municipalities, towns, town-boards and all trading centers with a population over 1,000 persons.
Administrative Population Edits and Notes:
(1) The 2002 county population data was reconciled to match with the 1991 county population. County population growth rates (administrative level 2), calculated between 1991-2002, were then applied to the 1991 parish population figures (administrative level 4) to project to target years. (2) A 5% growth rate cap was applied to select units.
