- Javascript must be enabled for full functionality.
- Disable pop-up blockers on all browsers
Special Instructions for Internet Explorer users:
- You must disable IE’s pop-up
blocker to download the data. Here’s how:
From the Tools menu, select: Pop-up
Blocker> Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
- If after turning off the pop-up blocker you are still unable to access the
GPW or GRUMP files, you will need to enable downloads within Internet Explorer. From the IE taskbar, select:
Tools>Internet Options> Security>Custom Level.
Scroll down through the Settings dialogue box until you see
Downloads. Under Downloads make sure both Automatic Prompting for File Downloads and File Download are
enabled.
These actions should fix any download problems. If not, contact us at ciesin.info@ciesin.columbia.edu and we will look into the problem further or get the files to you by
another method.
