SEDAC User Services staff is available to answer questions concerning our data, online applications, online information resources and activites. We will assist with problems locating and downloading data from the site, accessing the site and using our online applications and data resources.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm U.S. Eastern Time, with the exception of major U.S. holidays.
